What Do I Need to Pre-Qualify?

Additional Qualifying Information
- All required documentation must be submitted within three (3) days of the initial application.
- Applicants who do not provide the required documentation within this timeframe may receive a final denial with no refund of fees paid.
- All documentation, including but not limited to income verification, must be reviewed and approved prior to final acceptance into the program.
Essential Housing Income Qualifications
- Minimum Household Income: 2.5 times the monthly rent
- Maximum Household Income: $187,680
- Household Size: Will not adjust income requirement values
Program Requirements
- A recertification will be required regardless of lease term every 12-months for participation in the Essential Housing Program.
